fb773's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb773 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices and networks.

fb773 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to void any or all pending bets and bonuses associated with such Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or financial crime;
• Account holder found to be under the age of 21;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed by the Account holder;
• Requests from relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
